Shipping

Prints:

For custom treatments and personalization of each Ketubah, please allow four weeks from order to time of shipment. Rush orders will be taken on a job-by-job basis. Standard Shipping for anywhere in the U.S. is $22.00. Call for expedited rates.

Bamboo Prints:

Allow six weeks from order to time of shipment. Call for complete details.

Embellished Giclees:

Allow eight weeks from order to time of shipment. Shipping will be calculated based upon the canvas size, weight, and delivery location. Call for complete details.

Original Paintings:

Allow three to six months from order to time of shipment. Shipping will be calculated based upon the canvas size, weight, and delivery location. Call for complete details.

Refunds

Prints:

Each Ketubah print is sent to production after the receipt of customer approval of the Final Proof. After the Final Proof has been approved by the customer, there will be no refunds.

Original Paintings and Embellished Giclees:

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for embellished giclees and original paintings.

Your Complete Satisfaction is Our Goal

My Rabbis Ketubah is committed to your personal happiness. We will do everything within our power to make you delighted with your purchase. The materials used are the best in the business. We use only Acid Free, Archival Inks and paper with each of our orders. If for any reason your Ketubah was printed with any errors or mistakes not shown on your final proof, we will immediately reprint your Ketubah at our expense, including shipping, overnight if warrented. Please inform My Rabbis Ketubah upon receiving it. While we will put the reprint in the very next print cue, all changes must be approved before going to print. Therefore, please notify us upon the receipt of your Ketubah so that we can assure you that it will arrive prior to your wedding.

You must contact us for a return authorization within 5 days of receipt.

We are committed to excellence in our products and service. In any instance that the ketubah arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please save the damaged original packaging and artwork so we can make the appropriate insurance claims with the shipper.
